Our Day-Of Coordination package is perfect for those who’ve done all the planning but need someone they trust to manage the timeline, vendors, and flow of the day.

Includes:

• 1 pre-event consultation (up to 1 hour)

• Event timeline creation & checklist

• Final coordination with vendors 1–2 days before event

• 4 hours on-site to oversee setup, manage vendors, and handle event flow

• Light cleanup coordination (Not full tear down)

Add-ons:

• Additional hours: $75/hour

Full-Service Event Planning – Starting at $1,200

For the client who wants it all handled—start to finish.

We handle every detail to bring your celebration to life. From custom themes and decor to vendor booking and day-of management, this package is designed to give you peace of mind and a party your guests will remember.

Includes:

• Unlimited planning communication (30 days prior to event)

• Full vendor management (we research, book, and confirm)

• Custom theme & color palette development

• Shopping list creation and party supply purchasing (client sets budget)

• Decor planning and party layout design

• Up to 6 hours of day-of coordination

• Setup & teardown included

Pricing Tiers:

• Small Event (up to 30 guests): $1,200

• Medium Event (30–75 guests): $1,800
